You are responsible for how you use anything you download. Only download content you own or have permission to use, and respect creators' copyright and Instagram's terms.

InstaDownloader is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of its owner.

Don't use InstaDownloader for bulk scraping, to overload the service, or for anything unlawful. We may limit or block abusive traffic.

We work hard to keep InstaDownloader running, but it's provided as is. Instagram changes often, and some posts may not be available at any given time.

To the extent the law allows, InstaDownloader isn't liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the service.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
